Cancellation
policy
Reservation Cancellation: Guests can cancel their reservation, however, to be eligible for a refund, they must reschedule within 30 days of the cancellation.
Original Booking Credit: In special cases, we may extend a courtesy to guests who were unable to reschedule within the 30-day window. For such cases, we allow a 50% credit from the original booking to be applied to a new reservation.
New Reservation: The credit from the original booking will be deducted from the total amount of the new reservation. The guest will be responsible for any remaining balance.
