Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. 48-Hour Grace Period for Full Refund

    • Guests may cancel a reservation within 48 hours of the initial booking date to receive a full refund.

  2. Original Booking Credits (OBC)

    • Cancellations made after the 48-hour grace period, but more than 7 days before the reservation start date, are eligible for Original Booking Credits (OBC).

    • OBC can be applied toward a rescheduled future reservation with RichAF.Global.

    • Peak Season Exclusion: Credits cannot be applied to Peak Season dates or holidays (Peak Season: December 1 – May 1).

    • Rescheduling Deadline: The new reservation date must be confirmed within 7 days of cancellation; otherwise, OBC are forfeited.

  3. Non-Refundable Cancellations (7 Days Prior)

    • Any cancellation made 7 days or fewer before the reservation start date is non-refundable, and no OBC can be applied.

  4. Special Courtesy on OBC (50% Credit)

    • In select cases, if a guest is unable to finalize a new reservation within the 7-day window, RichAF.Global may extend a courtesy offer of 50% of the original booking as a credit toward a new reservation.

    • Approval of this courtesy is solely at the discretion of RichAF.Global and must be requested within a reasonable time frame.

  5. New Reservation Terms

    • Any credit (OBC or special 50% credit) will be deducted from the total amount of the new reservation.

    • Guests are responsible for any remaining balance.

    • All new reservations booked with credits are non-refundable.

Note: RichAF.Global reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Changes will apply to all future reservations made after the effective date of the revised policy.

Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or using any services provided by RichAF.Global (“the Company”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable policies referenced herein (including the Cancellation & Refund Policy). If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services and Content

  • Scope of Services: The Company provides travel planning, transportation, accommodations, and related concierge services.

  • Accuracy of Information: While we strive to ensure all service descriptions, rates, and schedules are accurate, third-party vendor changes may occur. We cannot guarantee complete accuracy or availability at the time of booking.

3. Booking and Payment

  • Payment Terms: All bookings must be secured with valid payment. Final payment details, fees, or taxes will be clearly presented during the booking process.

  • Pricing and Fees: All prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed. Additional fees (such as government-imposed taxes or surcharges) may apply and will be disclosed where possible.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • All cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Please review it carefully before finalizing your reservation.

  • No refunds or credits will be offered outside the terms specified in the Cancellation & Refund Policy, except where required by law.

5. Limitations of Liability

  • RichAF.Global and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, or from any travel disruptions, delays, or cancellations caused by third-party providers.

  • We assume no liability for personal injuries, property damage, or other losses that occur during travel or while using third-party accommodations or activities.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RichAF.Global, its employees, affiliates, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) that arise from your use of our services, breach of these Terms, or any violation of laws or regulations.

7. Modifications to Terms

RichAF.Global reserves the right to revise these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on our website or otherwise notifying you. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Use, and any disputes arising out of or relating to them, shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RichAF.Global is registered. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials provided by RichAF.Global, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
